CORLOK® allografts are unique corticocancellous allografts comprised of an anterior cortical face and a unique dovetail design permitting a precise interlocking fit with adjacent vertebrae. CORLOK® allografts are processed from donor vertebral bodies creating homologous spinal allograft implants. Specially designed instruments facilitate the insertion of the CORLOK® allograft.
Allograft key features
- Vertebral Body Corticocancellous Construct
- Combination of dense cancellous bone with anterior cortical surface provides immediate perfusion for rapid healing and optimized mechanical strength
- Unique Dovetail Design
- Permits precise interlocking fit of implant with adjacent vertebrae
- Lock and load design allows anterior column support for motion segment stability and healing
- Precise Implant Sizing
- Allows appropriate distraction to re-establish lordotic sagittal alignment and foraminal patency
- Maximum graft-to-host bone surface area contact for excellent load distribution and healing
- Strict Tissue Standards
- Fresh-frozen implant ensures optimal mechanical strength and consistent sizing
Unique Instrumentation
- Integrated instrumentation system completes implant site preparation in two simple steps
