Spinal Fixation System
The Zodiac Spinal Fixation System is a comprehensive spinal fusion system intended for the treatment of degenerative disc disease, spine trauma and deformity. The Zodiac system offers a comprehensive selection of top-loading, self-tapping screws in titanium and stainless steel to accommodate individual patient anatomy. The Zodiac system can also connect with the Solanas Cervico-Thoracic Posterior Fixation System.

Indications
Hook component indications are limited to T7-L5 Sacral-Iliac screw indications are limited to the sacrum-iliac crest only. The Zodiac Polyaxial Spinal Fixation System, when used as a hook and sacral iliac screw fixation system (non-pedicle screw) is intended for:
- Thoracic spine fractures
- Lumbar spine fractures
- Deformity
- idiopathic scoliosis
- neuromuscular scoliosis
- kyphoscoliosis - Spondylolisthesis
- isthmic spondylolisthesis
