The AlphaGRAFT FRS Lumbar Allograft System is designed to be used in an Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion (ALIF). They are comprised of a cortical perimeter that maximizes compressive strength and an enlarged medullary canal that permits the use of preferred bone graft material for rapid healing. Specially designed instruments facilitate the insertion of the AlphaGRAFT FRS allografts.

The AlphaGRAFT LBS and PBS Lumbar Allograft Systems are designed to be used in Posterior Lumbar and Transforaminal Interbody Fusions. (PLIF and TLIF). They are cortical spacers designed to provide anterior column support and facilitate interbody fusion. The LBS is offered with 7° of lordosis while the PBS is non-lordotic. This system includes a specially designed instrument set to prepare the disc space and deliver the allograft.
